We are looking for a motivated office assistant with high attention to detail and a friendly, can do attitude to join our expanding team.
Perth Waterproofing and Silicone Solutions is the fastest growing silicone and waterproofing company in Western Australia with over 250+ active clients, including some of Perth biggest commercial builders and as well as luxury & volume home builders. At PWSS we supply and install the highest grade silicone and waterproofing membranes to our fast growing client base in the residential and commercial sectors.
You will work within a small team to ensure business runs smoothly and clients are receiving exceptional service. As well as providing administrative support to our director and field staff.
Main duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Undertaking general admiration duties, including answering telephones, email correspondence, filling in and maintaining reports.
- Scheduling and entering in work orders.
- Prepare and submit relevant documentation ie. warranty certificates
- Assist with preparation of invoicing and quotes.
- Assist with book keeping, including accounts payable/receiveable and data entry.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and debtors.
Must have:
- Previous experience within an office environment, construction preferred.
- Excellent time management skills
- High computer literacy and competence with MS packages and Adobe
- Great communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Can do attitdude
- Drivers licence
- MYOB highly regarded.
- Previous experience within the construction industry highly regarded, but not essential. Including an understanding of residential and/or commercial working plans, SWMS, JSAs, products etc.
